SLATE CAPITAL GROUP ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF WYTHE WILL DISTRIBUTING, LLC

(Baltimore, MD) – Slate Capital Group, a private equity investment group based in Baltimore that partners with lower-middle market companies, is pleased to announce that it has recently acquired Wythe Will Distributing, LLC from an affiliate of JPB Capital Partners. 

Based in Williamsburg, VA, and founded in 1961, Wythe Will is a leading value-added distributor of gourmet specialty food and confections. The management of Wythe Will, led by CEO Gordon Angeles, will continue to run the operations of the company and lead the execution of the strategic growth plan.
